Chef Specials

All Chef Specials are served with your choice of soup, dinner salad or small Caesar salad and fresh homemade rolls. All entrees will be served with sides of fresh vegetable and spaghetti marinara.

   white wine sauce
Tilapia Livornese
~ sautéed with garlic, basil, black olives, capers in a red wine
   light tomato sauce

~ stuffed with ricotta and then wrapped with wafer-thin slices of
   prosciutto and gently cooked in a Marsala wine sauce topped
   with mushrooms and a touch of cream sauce
